In order to join almost any site, you must go through a certain process before you hit that register button. Well, this site is like those sites: we require you to read everything in this board as it is essential to your stay here at The Dark is Key. If you read everything in here you will understand the site better and how it works. We go by the honor system, so don't dishonor that.

Whenever something major happens on the site -- or one of the administration team wants to update you on something -- you will be informed of it here. Descriptive of the months, contests, staff auditions, its all held here minus the activity checks. Those damn things have their very own sub-board to themselves, they are so annoying. Check up on this board often to ensure that you do not miss anything important or fun that could earn you a couple of extra points of reputation.

After reading through everything in those boring boards above this, you can finely come here to loosen up and create your lovely character. We have a different application than many other sites have but hopefully you all will like the way it is. Make sure to read the taken names and muse songs list so that we won't have a million Bob's running around or a lot of the same songs decorating posts.

Has your reputation built up enough that its weighing you down? Well come get some of that load off here by purchasing something that can benefit you or your character. You can purchase a skin that revolves around your character, or buy perfectly healthy pups, or maybe even buy you a colored name. The dealer of the goods, Memor, has a short temper and is hard to get along with but whatever, right?
